The hotel has its pros, including a clean and comfortable environment, as well as good accessibility to Zurich. However, I faced some challenges with service and dining options that could be improved. Overall, it's decent for a short stay but might not be ideal for a vacation.

The location near public transport made it easy to explore Zurich, and the staff were generally helpful.
